The inn is located on the Trans Canada Trail and is connected to over 250 kms of skiing, hiking and cycling trails. This heritage-designated 1838 stone mill straddles what many consider the most picturesque waterfall in Gatineau Park - just ask the painters and photographers who visit the Outaouais region to capture the splendour of what we call home. A short stroll from the inn is the charming village of Wakefield, where visitors enjoy shopping for gifts, books and artwork. The renowned Wakefield Steam Train travels between Hull and Wakefield.
