Dining in Ethiopia is characterized by the ritual of breaking "ingera" and eating from the same plate, signifying the bonds of loyalty and friendship. The exotic decor features art, musical instruments and print fabrics, which, along with the soft rhythms of African music, create a very peaceful atmosphere.
