Vacation rental in country cottage located on Perrot Island. Semi-urban area. Direct navigable water front with a terrace.

40 minutes away of Montreal downtown and 20mn away of the international airport(YUL). Sunset.
Short or long stay. Rustic. All conveniences in the neighborough. Calm and no too hot in summer.

Stocked Refrigerator upon arrival on request($). Parasols, garden set. Washer/dryer, bed linen, towels, equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, living room + a futon, toilets/shower, running water/electricity, clothes line, daters, bicycles and fishing poles provided. TV (34') vhs/dvd.
